PC-UK.com is
the Internet sales platform for excess and surplus IT
equipment.
We have a number of OEM and Corporate Partners who utilise our
expertise to assist them with the reuse by resale of their surplus equipment.
We refurbish and test all product to manufacturers’ specification before
sale.
How to search
To search our store simply choose a product category from the category list on
the left or enter product related keywords into the search box provided and
click search (five keywords maximum).
Products that match your search criteria will appear in the centre panel and
can be navigated using the paged navigation links.
Use the
items per page and
sort order controls
to adjust how many products are shown on each page and the order they are shown
in respectively.
When you find a product that you are interested in, follow the product
title link to view more detailed information and a larger image.

Terms and conditions of Sale
By purchasing any of our products, you are entering into a legally binding
contract, and are agreeing to the following terms:
General

You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered
and by placing your order you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.

Many of the photographs used are library images and we are therefore not
responsible for any colour variances or style updates. We guarantee to send you
the specification as advertised in the product description.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. (a)Goods
purchased for personal use; You have the right to change your mind within 8
calendar days of receipt of your order as per the Distance Selling Act 2000
providing you notify us in writing. If you wish to change your mind under the
Distance Selling Act 2000 then you are responsible for the cost of returning
the goods. 10% of the price paid for the item(s) shall be allocated to the
delivery part of your order. This amount is non-refundable when goods are
returned under the Distance Selling Act 2000. (b)PC-UK(Sales) Ltd reserves the
right at any stage during the order process to cancel and refund an order in
full, without explanation.

Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the
delivery person, and notified to PC-UK (Sales) ltd within 24 hours of delivery
by sending an e-mail to websales@pc-uk.com.
Failure to do so may render any claim invalid.
Payment

PC-UK has chosen PayPal as it's payment services provider. You can pay with
your credit or debit card or use your PayPal account if you have one (you do
not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit or debit card).

We accept personal cheque but orders funded this way must be placed over the
phone or by email. Please send your cheque to our postal address below. Please
allow up to 10 days for a cheque to clear.
Delivery
-
Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday)
but only after receipt of cleared funds.

Where payment is by credit card and the order is not
placed through PayPal, we will only deliver to the registered cardholders
address.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us with
confirmation together with a shipment tracking number. If you do not receive
this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please
e-mail websales@pc-uk.com.
Warranty, Returns & Technical Support

If upon receipt of your item(s) you believe there is a fault, in the first
instance please refer to your confirmation of despatch e-mail which indicates
what you should do for each of the manufacturers products we supply.

For Technical Support issues please also follow instructions as above.

Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer’s warranty, then the buyer
must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer and not PC-UK (Sales)
Ltd.

Where goods under warranty cannot be repaired they will be replaced by the
manufacturer and not PC-UK (Sales) Ltd.

If you have an item covered by a PC-UK warranty then we are unable to accept
the return of goods without prior authorisation. Upon authorisation, we will
e-mail you with instructions for the return of goods.

Item(s) returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any item(s) authorised for return are
sufficiently packaged. Where delivery back to PC-UK (Sales) Ltd is the
responsibility of the buyer, we strongly recommend adequate insurance is in
place.

If an item(s) is deemed faulty within 7 days of receipt, PC-UK will collect.
After 7 days responsibility of return passes to the buyer.
Privacy policy
PC-UK respects the privacy of its customers and website users.
We use cookies only for improving your shopping experience on our site -

Any personal details collected from you are only used to process your order and
are not shared with any third parties.
We do NOT take your credit card details if your order is placed through PayPal,
these are taken by PayPal over a secure connection and are NOT shared with us
in any way.
If we do take your credit card details for an order placed over the phone, they
are used only for the purposes of the order being placed and are not stored or
recorded by us.
